We ship our products to addresses within India and internationally. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping:

For Domestic (India) Orders: We use reputable courier services for domestic deliveries, ensuring timely and safe shipment of your products. Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the location of the delivery address. We charge a nominal shipping fee that will be applied at checkout. We provide tracking information, so you can stay updated on the status and location of your shipment. You can check the same on the App or can contact customer service for updates. You can track the information on the delivery partner site with the tracking ID. Invoices for the same are available on the app.

International Shipping:

For International Orders, we partner with reliable international couriers to deliver your products safely and efficiently to your chosen destination. Delivery to international destinations typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on the country and customs processing times. International Orders: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. For international orders, we provide tracking information, so you can stay updated on the status and location of your shipment. You can check the same on the App or can contact customer service for updates. You can track the information on the delivery partner site with the tracking ID. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be the customer's responsibility. Invoices for the same are available on the app.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays or mis-deliveries. We ensure that all shipments are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. If there are any delays or issues with your shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will promptly address the situation to ensure your satisfaction.

FORCE MAJUERE

Neither the Company nor the App shall be liable for damages for any delay or failure to perform its obligations hereunder if such delay or failure is due to cause beyond its control or without its fault or negligence, due to Force Majeure events including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, terrorism, earthquake, flood, strike, riot, fire, explosion, festive activities sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, technical failure, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, cheating, illegal or unauthorized acts, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, epidemics or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Us (“Force Majeure”). Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms explained here, shall again become fully operative.
